Last sunday I ran the Great North Run for charity, completing the half marathon in 2hr17min. Above is a pretty poor picture of me. There aren’t many good pictures as I was goosed; I’ve never ran that far in my life before. But there it is, to prove I ran it. My feet are still mashed up, blistered and sore.

Competitions are healthy coz it brings out the best in you. It did so for many folks who took part in the Zero Boundaries Design Competition. On YD we did run you the details a while back and here are the results.
