An art installation by Martin Böttger, created for his final course in visual communication and new media at Kassel. The dimension of the structure is 5 x 12 x 6 meters, made with cardboard and wood.

Martin Böttger aka TSA Works releases images of his sculpture Dark Biwak. Produced in 2007 as part of Böttger’s final art school project, Dark Biwak is is made out of cardboard and wood at 5×12×6 meters. Built in Berlin’s Uferstudios, the piece has an accompanying book exploring the theoretical side of the project.

kids set watanabe

The Carton Furniture Series was originally designed in 1965 by Riki Watanabe and has been reproduced by Metropolitan Gallery in Tokyo. The Kids’ Set is made completely out of folded cardboard with no adhesives, nails, or screws. The stools are strong enough for the weight of most adults and all pieces are recyclable.
