Oh boy. I leave tomorrow for my big vacation to San Diego for 3 days and then the Big Island of Hawaii for 6 days. So, in the spirit of my Hawaii trip, I bring you this beautiful home which just so happens to be on the Big Island!

The 2-1/2 story semi-detached house adopts a highly introverted stance, seeking to dissociate with its adjoining neighbor and the street. Formally, we adopted the simplest, archetypical form and keep the facade minimal, while maximizing the interior space.
Mystique hotel sits on the cliffs of Oia in Santorini Island, providing guests spectacular views of beautiful scenery complete with the token clear blue waters. The resort includes suites and villas decked out by local stone, wood, and glass. The architecture and design fuses contemporary flair along with traditional style, allowing the resort to seamlessly blend in with its “I-need-really-need-to-go-there” surroundings.
If you’re in the mood for some office inspiration, you better take a look at Facebook’s brand new office space in Palo Alto, California. It’s almost stereotypical social media/startup/interactive. Facebook and the architects consulted and polled the employees to find out what they wanted in the space.
